Supporting Older Adults through the Pandemic

A growing number of cities and communities worldwide are striving to meet the needs and preferences of their older residents, build more inclusive communities and help seniors stay independent in their homes.

For United Way’s Day of Action in June 2020, Matan hosted a remote “silent disco party” with ninety seniors and ninety volunteers, who also connected with each other using a unique app that enabled them to listen and talk about their favorite songs.
